WALT:Reflect on what me and my class worked on during maths

Today my class was working on a maths task that we had to do on a worksheet and it was called Anzac Tables. On the Anzac Tables worksheet we had to answer question that had timetables. We had to do 3 worksheet on the Anzac Tables because it gets harder and harder. In the worksheets we had letters that represented the equaled number so for example if 2 x 5 = 10 the letter will be L because we have a column with letters and numbers under it.

WHat I found challenging was that I didnt know what some of the answers are so l asked Losana. What I enjoyed was working with people.What my next steps are is to try work out the answers by myself.

What Tamaki Means to us

WALT: create and brainstorm a bunch of words, Me and Losana thinks Tamaki means to us.

I have created a wordle about what Tamaki means to us. The site I used was Wordcloud. I have created this because Losana is presenting an ambassador presentation about our Tamaki Rivers and what it means to her. In the presentation I have worked on with Losana she is going to be presenting with 13 other schools. Some of the words me and Losana used were

• School
• Family
• Fun 
• Cultures
• Home 
• Different and more

What I found challenging was finding this site because it was had to just make it on a presentation so I found the Wordcloud site and found it easier to work on. What I enjoyed was working with Losana because we had our laughs but still finished our work. My next steps are to find more words to fill up the whole page.

Painting the  Town

Painting the town is an article about Christchurch’s paintings on their buildings.In Christchurch there are some amazing paintings and there are a famous painting, the painting has a ballerina on it with a blue ballerina dress.  The artist names are: Wayne Youle ,Holly Ross, Owen Dippie and Olivia Laita. I think that they’ve been painting for 10 years or less ( I don’t know). Their inspiration for painting is when they were little they had people painting around them which made them love painting now. So now since they are older they paint everywhere around christchurch everyday now.
